Whenever it starts snowing here in the Netherlands, I imagine a gif picture, if you will, of a street. A man walking on the street sport a single snowflake falling out of the sky and abruptly falls flat on his ass, cars suddenly veer off to the sides and people rush inside their houses, close their windows and turn on their radios.
