the problem is part of the screen is cut off so you can't see all the options, is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

There should be an override to play it windowed.

I suggest OpenTTD. In the same vein, but with more options and stuff to build!

I think there is an option to run RCT in wodnowed, but I would have to google it, best off doing that yourself
