Ok so I'm looking for a computer monitor to buy that can do at least 75 hertz on proper widescreen resolutions. I have looked everywhere online and in store and when I look at user manuals most of them only support 75 hertz on resolutions that are 16:10 like 1440x900. The question is why the hell would you want to run a 16:10 resolution like 1440x900 or 1280x800 on a 16:9 monitor? this boggles my mind. I'm wondering if anyone knows or has an LED monitor that can do 75 hertz on proper 16:9 resolutions.
