Do any PS3 owners use it?

I was playing around with it. On one hand, it's an interesting concept, on the other, it's disturbing.

Interesting because it makes Internet social networking seem more realistic (or maybe interactive is the more proper word), disturbing for the same reason. It's a 3D Facebook.

What are your thoughts on it?

I want to use it for conducting social experiments. Because other than that I see no real use. Not including a Microphone with the system was the worst thing Sony could have done for any sort of online play.

Yeah, like making your character into a girl and getting all the guys to approach you.

And I love to eavesdrop on other people's text conversations.

Oh yeah, and I think they're going to allow the microphone or Bluetooth headset with a patch.
