Terminator films and series

I apologize if this has been done before.

What do you think the types of all characters for the series and films number one and two are(Number Three? What number three?)? This includes the terminators themselves.

Bear in mind I rarely take the type of fictional characters extremely seriously.

The Terminator:

Kyle Reese: INTP, though not the academic type due to his environment.
Sarah Connor: ISFP.
CSM-101: If you insist, "ESTJ."

Terminator 2:

John Connor: ISTP
T-1000: "ENTJ"

Terminator 3: Sucks.

Ginger is the "perfect" ESFP.
Matt could easily be ISTP, though he's hardly on screen.
Lt. Traxler: ISFJ perhaps.
Dr. Silberman: ISTJ
Ed (Lance Henriksen): ENFP maybe
