Activity relations are the ultimate rival for a protagonist. Just what exactly makes an activity interesting? They are the pseudo-identical of the protagonist. They have all of the same function arranged differently. The rival can do anything the protagonist can do. They have the same life styles on par with each other. They may even appear to have identical MBTI having all of the same functions. To sum it up, activity relations make interesting rivals because it appears they can do anything the protagonist can do.

Does anyone disagree or agree?

I am not sure about good foils to the protagonist having all of the same functions--it probably depends on the case--but I think a very good example of two characters who are like what you are describing are Drizzt and Entreri from The Legend of Drizzt series. (I am not sure of their MBTI types, but thought it would be interesting to note.)
