Oh how I remember when I began flipping pages of Green's book. I've read the first few chapters of Paper Towns and The Fault in Our Stars (haven't finished them though). I'll make wild guesses still.

Margo - ExxP (???)/ Something?!

She went missing and the protagonist has wild imaginations of her!

Fault in Our Stars
Hazel - INFJ (she resembles an infj I know~)
