I can't believe there's not a thread on this one yet. So, Big Hero 6 characters, what do you think?

Tadashi Hamada: INFJ
Hiro Hamada: ENTP
Honey Lemon: ESFP
Wasabi: ISTJ
Go-Go: ISTP
Fred: ENFP

Baymax: ?

I do think the movie is really fun. I could see Honey as an ENFP, too (although is arguable).

Hiro I could see as an introvert, so INTP would work just as well. Wasabi as ISTJ (or ISFJ) seems reasonable (certainly an e6 with plenty of anxiety). I could also see Fred as ESFP (since he doesn't seem particularly conceptual, despite coming across as a stoner).

Baymax is tough, i think, since he's a robot and not a whole human person(despite being charming). I'd say F over T, just because Baymax cares about the wellbeing of his patients. Beyond that, I think is hard to say. He clearly follows programs by the letter. Baymax doesn't seem way introspective. But... being a robot, isn't enough there there to type, really.

I've seen some people try to type Fred as an Se dom and Honey as an Ne, but here's why I'm fairly convinced it's the other way around:

Fred comes up with wacky, out there ideas. Invisible sandwich, need I say more? He kind of lives in a fantasy world (ok so yeah it's a fantasy world already but I digress). Just look at his room and his costumes and even the crazy painting. He makes the connection that they're dealing with a "super villian" and he even (annoyingly) makes up a theme song for the them. Oh, and the underwear thing, he definitely isn't one for day to day tasks like laundry. These all seem ENFP like to me. I also identify with him more than Honey Lemon (not the underwear thing though, that's just blech).

Honey Lemon, well she just acts like most ESFP's that I've known. She's fashionable, enthusiastic, easy going and concerned about others, namely Hiro. She's very warm and friendly too. A very likeable character by most. And she seems more down to earth.

I haven't watched much of it, but from what I actually saw Hiro seems ENFP 7w8 So/Sp or So/Sx. Besides that I can't really think of anything.

Well I agree with ScareBear, the types match. Baymax is a robot but if he'd be a human with that character he'll be ISFx, I think.

I just hated when the brother died. But...it was oddly...comforting too? Not his death but throughout the movie how Hiro grappled with the loss. I love that Baymax was sort of Hiro's link to his brother and to me, allowed him to move on more smoothly.

I fully agree Wasabi is ISFJ. People underestimate how efficient Fe users can be too. He definitely is more emotionally supportive with Fe and focuses on the collective group of people in his decision making and his emotions.

I disagree and type Honey Lemon ENFP for sure.
