I've read his book which is more than just the "last lecture". He is driven and focused - results/outcome oriented but wanting fun along the way. The voice that comes through in the book is more E/INTJ to me.... he acknowledges how little of a "people person" he is - he had to learn to be "not so arrogant". Smacks of INTJ certitude.... but he is a leader so maybe E not I. I think that his "campaign" of his time with cancer shows up as NTJ.

I would agree with creativeRhino.
I've listened to most of his "Last Lecture" it's really inspiring.
