[Savage Idealist]

Recently finished reading Brave New World (and currently reading Brave New World: Revisted). Every aspect of the book sheds enough insight for me to make a somewhat accurate guess of Huxley's type:

INTJ

However I'm still unsure of enneagram, although I think it's safe to say that he probably belongs somewhere in the head category, probably 6w5 or 5w6.

Anyone have any other thoughts that they would be willing to share?

Hmm. I read Brave New World a few years ago and enjoyed it quite a lot (the nature of its predictions are a far sight more accurate than, say, the the somewhat more famous Nineteen Eighty-Four).

I know Huxley was, personally, a very vocal advocate for LSD (to the point that, on his deathbed, whilst unable to speak, he requested in a note that his wife give him "LSD, 100 µg, intramuscular"). I also know he was a very extreme pacifist and refused to serve in WWII for that reason.

Indeed.

The desire to experience LSD and being pacifist are relevant of his character, yet I can't quite tie those two things in with any possible corresponding cognitive function.

After watching some of the interviews, I'd say that Huxley seems like a 5w6.
