I think your guesses are mostly right, but I disagree about a few of them:
Kobe - ISTJ - because the guy has Fi (not a dominant or auxillary function, though) and he's extremely structured and serious minded.
Shaq - I'm not so sure about ESFP, I get ENTP vibe from him - especially his sense of humor led me to this assumption. Barkley is similar, but maybe ESTP, most likely enneagram 8w7 for Sir Charles.
Chris Paul - I really don't see him as an introverted type...Probably ENTJ or ESTJ, he's a natural-born leader, fiercely competitive.
Carmelo - always seemed like an ESFP to me.
LeBron - honestly, I get strong ESTP vibe from LBJ.
Paul Pierce - ISFP is a serious possibility, but I'd say ENFP.
