ENFP 3w2 So/Sx. He's "fantastical" but in control and professional, with the smooth voice of a 2/3w2 guy. He's more "assertive and controlled" than "assertive and positive", i think.
By the way, he has exactly the same type than Aleksei and I had a shock when I felt how similars they are, it was shocking.

I still think he's 7w6, he has a ton of childlike enthusiasm for a 50 year old man. he seems more assertive and positive to me (again, especially as a 50 year old man. 50 year old men of any type are a lot more likely to be "controlled" as you put it).
PS: Aleksei isn't ENFP

edit: oh, I just saw the 3w2.
I have less of an opinion on the enneagram but I think he's an enfp. I would lean towards 7w6 but really hard to tell when someone is up on stage being entertaining.
