Oda Nobunaga is ENTP. He was an lazy ass and lack self discipline as a kid, and considered weird by many people.

This act alienated many Oda retainers, convincing them of Nobunaga's mediocrity and lack of discipline and they began to side with his more soft-spoken and well-mannered brother, Nobuyuki.

Although sp could be possible. However I'm certain of him as an ENTJ (and ENTj in Socionics, the man's whole philosophy is Te+Ni incarnate).

Peter the Great was one of the most ENTJ people to ever walk the face of the earth. He and Napoleon were birds of a feather. When he was defeated in battle he would go home and re-think his strategy and come back and win naturally the second time (his war with the Turks is a good example). He traveled to Western Europe in order to learn Western trades and upon returning to Russia he decided that he wanted to build a new capitol.. and he began the process by grabbing an ax chopping wood...he just started there and then and proceeded to break thousands of people to build it. He was a visionary and strategist who got things accomplished on a huge scale. What's the basis for Fi dominant? There's a debauched image of him that engaged in music, orgies, and theater, but it seems like a lot of dictators like doing that. He was said to be a good adminstrator and took control of a lot of facets of running an empire. Activities that the average ISFP would rather outsource or at least be open to consultation about. Not outright control. Secondly, his volatility never showed until the end. He and his mother were homicidal early on, but it was calculating. And calculating enough to even take his mother out too, when she was useless to him. They weren't killings done out of values or whims, but expediency.

Third, he was obsessed with his popularity levels. Fourth, and lastly, we get to the impulsiveness. The Empire was suffering an economic crisis at the time. At the same time, he was trying to build a legacy for himself. He had already dealt with other fires in Rome that set ambitions back. I think the Great Fire of Rome was the straw that broke the camel's back. I also think he really believed the Christians did it. In the 1st century, Christians were a minor religious sect from Palestine, whom the Romans saw as "atheists" and claimed to have a king that was greater than Caesar. Seems only natural to point fingers at them. The idea that he started the fire himself sounds like bullshit though. He spent tons of cash on construction projects. Why would he want to burn it all down? I think killing the Christians was his only real act of (screwed up) Fi. By his own beliefs, they were heathens come to destroy his city and way of life, and it was his duty to make an example of them.
