My biggest disagreement with that is the Janitor. He's ENTP through and through.

I alway thought that Turk was a STP. The constant jokes that Surgeons didn't care about their patients just that they got to cut them open.

Granted, Zach Braff may be an INFJ. (I have no idea); J.D. is not. JD is a textbook ENFP. He uses Ne for his daydreams and inner dialogue. (They are almost always contextual.)

Turk is most likely ESFP rather than ESTP. He has a soft side to him and does care about his patients.

Janitor. ENTP. I completely agree. One of my ENTP friends is just like him.
