I could see that, but I dont know how much of that was part of performing. Plus the guy has some real cool quotes, but what actors from that time didn't?

An esfp would be less inclined to take shortcuts - in regular speech, for instance. More of a focus on specific details without considering unimagined or unspoken connections. They also tend to repeat pronouns, especially "I".

For those who think esfp - why?

I think it would be the physicality in which he executed his customers. His physical joking often fits the esfp sterotype.
