Would you believe me if I say that for months I am waiting for this thread to appear ?
I think that N and J are obvious. He is too open to be a real introvert. But F/T is actually hard to tell since it is balanced and alot of it depends upon interpretations.
Personally I would place my money on ENFJ if I have to place a bet.

By the way, I base this on the original Kane. From the First Tiberium game, Tiberian Sun. That came out around the time the first Red Alert came out. I haven't been playing Command and Conquer series for a looong time.

Towards my opinion he is clearly ENFJ or ENTJ
The thing is that I have played alot of C&C. But in different C&C games his personality is somewhat different. So his type is pretty much impossible to tell.
In the first C&C his clearly more T then F.
