I have watched all of the five seasons , i will write their types and i have no doubt about them.
Nathan Ford : INTJ , there is an episode that his teammates try to find some friends for him and that episode shows how much he loves being alone. I think he can be a good role model for INTJS (real ones , not those fake online ones) his character has enough depth to make him great.
Sophie : ENFP
Hardison : INTP (NOT an ENTP , Chaos was an ENTP)
Elliot : ISTP (THE ULTIMATE ISTP)
Parker : ESFP

Hardison: XNTP
Spends a good deal of time alone with his gadgets, but lacks a much of the social awkwardness one might expect from an INTP. My guess is he's an ambivert.

I think you're right about Nate. He was pretty much a loner before he put the team together. I think I have a hard time picking introverts because compared to me, everyone's extroverted. To me he seemed too comfortable engaging in social situations.
