YouTube - Hugh Grant on Ellen
First guess was entp, and still is, but in the linked video at around 4:45, Grant remarks, "I don't find [dancing] easy," which leaves maybe a 5% chance of infp, but in the end,

entp entp entp.

i don't know how to properly explain it. his eyes are Se not Ne. he's not building possibilities, he's just right there. it's a different kind of confrontation. it's not sneaky. it's more direct and less open. Ne is about possibilities. i don't get that in this interview, whereas Ellen obviously is Ne. she doesn't finish sentences because she sees new possibilities, but not in a stuck in place kind of way.

I think Ellen's excitable, sure, but her F isn't nearly as playful as Grant's, which is a tiny slice of a reason why I think she's entj. I think it's clear that they both recognize the value of the other's innate preferences, in how they spark curiosity in the other by getting the crowd exited in their own ways, among other reasons. I think Ellen is far more directive and less likely to develop her emotion; whereas Grant's (though I can't remember exact examples, again) seem changeable, more open, fluid. But he does have a solid quality that isn't indicative of entp, on the surface. I'm still kinda open to infp, but will stick with entp for now.
