my instinct is isfp just like bob dylan. for some reason travels with charley and bob dylans' chronicles blend into the same book for me. he is so concrete, so similar to bob dylan it just feels kinda really Se to me. just like shockingly so. so nature based, land based, etc. there's no figurative language whatsoever, it seems FiSe all the way. he goes to SEE real tangible things, and writes about them in a way that does wonderful justice to their internal struggles.
he seems so grounded and down-to-earth. he doesn't try to say something impossibly big, something of a revolving door. he is focused on concrete details to express his feelins. the need to be original and invent himself and find a new articulation is not necessary. it's more ageless, wise, earthy. less floaty, abstract, searching for real life rahter than imagined and distant worlds.

it's a tough call, but it just seems like he writes with his eyes. his novels and dylan's songs are about research, about seeing things, places, people, events. and dictating them to the page with a great deal of subjective resonance, brilliant colors, delicately shaded feelings and such rich humane REAL characters.

One of my favorite writers. He uses a chock full of symbolism, archetypes, gets into character's heads even when writing about them in the third person, and writes things very vividly. What type do you think he is?
