No personal bias here, but I'd probably say that Snape is an INTJ. He's obviously introverted (shouldn't that be self-explanatory?), sarcastic, doesn't it when people break the rules, tends to hold his true feelings inside... you also really don't want to see him angry. I'd say that's typical for most NTJs.

Snape is an INTP. He seems like a judger because he's unhealthy and Ti-Si looping for most of the novels. He's incapable of seeing things for what they are. He always sees things through the lens of his past. He hates Harry not because of how he's like but how he reminds him of James Potter.
