I LOVE this show, filmed in my home state and for once, they didn't make us look like ignorant hicks!

Also, I think they did an excellent job with Beth Harmon's character. I read some behind the scenes stuff and the guy that wrote it was actually from Lexington and was given tranquilizers as a kid back in the 60s.

Beth is an excellent character. I'm reading the book right now (taking forever because I'm slow and busy) and I've watched a couple of episodes of the show. I spoiled the whole thing for myself, though.

I would type her as INTJ 5w6 3w4, and either 1w9 or 8w9 as her final fix. Not sure yet. I think she's clearly an introverted sx/sp (one reason why I relate to her so much). The 5 appears very obvious to me and her MBTI (I think she's very inferior Se).

Honestly, in some ways Beth really reminded me of [MENTION=9811]Coriolis[/MENTION] (in good ways).

Yes, I saw INTJ from the first episode. I love the line where someone asked her if she'll be lonely traveling alone and she says she's fine. I totally identified with that and with the people always asking if I'm okay traveling alone. I actually prefer it much of the time.

While I was watching it I kept thinking that “coriolis would really love this show I think”

Im not sure if thats true, but for some reason it seems like it would be so to me

And yes. Shes definitely an INTJ imo, Beth is.
