Default What exactly did the Snowden leaks reveal, and what good has it done?

I can't find what has been leaked by Snowden other than PRISM (grabbing data from large companies) and spying on world leaders. What else has been leaked? Has anything been said about how far they've gone to spy on US citizens or what they are specifically spying on? What has changed as a result of this information coming out, what can be done to stop all this spying, and who really didn't know this was already happening?

If anything it is the embarrassment for the governments in question.

Sure, we may have suspected that a lot of spying went on anyway, but proof of this being leaked is what actually forces changes.

Something you haven't mentioned is that companies are now much more reluctant to have their servers in the US (or the EU). America is going to lose a lot of money because of this...and let's face it, money is what matters.

Now everyone knows, not just the losers who spend their time reading about things. And it's forced the govenment to make, at the very least, token efforts towards reform. The reason he's in Russia is because if he went to somewhere more friendly with the U.S., he'd be extradited.
