    I'll be voting for Romney.

Havent you read that Romney wanted to forbid the movie Skyfall because there was a deleted scene that left the impression James Bond was pro abortion and woman rights ?

I guess that would be in the eye of the beholder.

By all means, let's take this country forward by taking it back to 1973 and stripping women of their rights.

It's so telling that progressives speak in terms of forward and backward instead of right and wrong. Even more telling is the mockery of using a horse drawn carriage. Independence is exalted as the most important virtue and whatever furthers that agenda is supported no matter how much life destruction that agenda brings. For the progressive is there anything worst than being reliant on a relationship with an animal for transportation? What's frustrating is the pretending at being antiwar by modern progressives. How many foreigners have we killed and how many oppressive regimes have we supported so that you could be independent from a life draining living organism that only wants to be fed and cared for in exchange for carying us around? If this is the case is it any surprise progressives would directly support the destruction of life they find inconvenient and a drain on independence?

What's more alarming is with this focus on forward progress I'm left pondering what will be the next thing progressives will try to free themselves from? What other lives will they be willing to destroy to gain their selfish independence?

Roe v. Wade is about as likely to get overturned as I am to be crowned queen of England.

What's even more funny is how much the concept of "progress" is largely a watered down version of religious eschatology, and that it has been under severe scrutiny since WWI. In other words, "progress" is an outdated concept of the Victorian era.

Oddly enough, these bolded passages could be just as easily used by a liberal to slam Romney's and Ryan's positions on tax rates for the wealthy and social programs.
