Hmm.

Fed Repo Market Bailout Is Sign of Deeper Problems Getting Worse Over Time | Fortune

Oh.

Fed’s U-Turn on Assets Faces a Year-End Test - WSJ

Since there is a paywall, I will paraphrase.

The Fed pumped $400B into stocks during he last 3 months through a sneaky quantitative easing. Fed planned to pump up to another $500B into market by buying back treasuries from banks. Plus there are reg incentives that limit lending at years end. Last I checked, banks don't want overpriced stock. Also, the people that think Trump is magically creating positives in the economy all by himself need to look at what exactly is happening and why. They won't of course but they should.

Not really a fan of democrats, but seeing how this is a thread about trump, I find the whataboutism comments about democratic shenanigans to be weaksauce. Just another way to divert and make excuses for Trump and his party's own bad behaviors. #butheremails

Her emails were a red herring. If that's the best argument someone has against Hillary, I know I'm dealing with a loser. Just like those who sling the 'pizza parlor child porn' conspiracy theory. Losers.

I agreed with Sanders way back when he said he was sick and tired of hearing about that woman's emails. I'm glad he at least took the high road and didn't get bogged down in obsessing over them

I also recall that getting using private E-mail was a suggestion by Colon Powell, who had done the same, as well as others.

Yeah!

I kind of liked that movie, actually.

Me too. I like underwater adventure movies, even bad ones. I mean as far as mst3k films go, that one at least has a coherent plot (even if it is ripped off from The Abyss and Aliens) and characters with motivations

That mustache guy who looks like goose from top gun is apparently an accomplished screenwriter. Wrote Friday the 13th Part 7 among other things.

I really wish you'd stop posting articles from shit sources that any rational person would question.
Read:

QUESTIONABLE SOURCE
A questionable source exhibits one or more of the following: extreme bias, consistent promotion of propaganda/conspiracies, poor or no sourcing to credible information, a complete lack of transparency and/or is fake news. Fake News is the deliberate attempt to publish hoaxes and/or disinformation for the purpose of profit or influence (Learn More). Sources listed in the Questionable Category may be very untrustworthy and should be fact checked on a per article basis. Please note sources on this list are not considered fake news unless specifically written in the reasoning section for that source. See all Questionable sources.

Overall, we rate Daily Mail Questionable due to numerous failed fact checks and poor sourcing of information.

This isn't about me, it's about people getting online and spreading fake news to influence others. Why some people gravitate toward that crazy shit is beyond me.

And here I thought I was just trying to start some conversation, rather than the stereotypical INTJ plan I subconsciously had all along to influence all those sheep out there to do my bidding.

Also, a quick look at Wikipedia is enough to determine that media fact check website you cited is garbage, just so know for the next time you randomly decide to start picking on other people for posting different trash websites than you.

Let's vote for Trump. He may be shit in oh so many ways but at least he won't get America involved in another war in the Middle East....

... against a nation supposedly close to having nuclear capacity (after deliberately ruining a carefully negotiated and sucessful peace agreement simply because he personally dislikes his predecessor and wants to undo anything accomplished by him)

As much as I hate to rob a person of their soul meaning in life, I'm not interested in letting you pick a fight with me today.

Cut the red herring nonsense and just make better choices when looking for credible information. Nothing more. Nothing less.
But since this is a Trump thread, your boy's behavior made my defense stocks soar today. He's still not getting my vote.

What do you think of the strike? More than a bit unnerving for me. Can't argue that he didn't deserve it, though.

Do I know for certain there was an imminent threat? No. Does the admin have a plan for what will likely follow? Probably not. He was a dick, no doubt. But that's not good enough reason to take someone out. I see the negatives outweighing anything positive, frankly. That Pompeo would say Americans are safer now is ludicrous and dangerous. I foresee a domino effect that will get quite disruptive in ways that the USA is probably not ready for. I hope I am wrong. In the mean time, this is rather amusing and timely:
