Mmm....I've discussed this dillema with my husband. He has completely different views from me. I don't know if this makes me unhealthy, but in the first situation I would probably freeze...one of those "what do I do? What do I do?" Situations.If I had enough time I would try to help.
In the second scenario, I would not hesitate to sacrifice myself. I don't have a right to anyone else's life, but I consent to ending mine to ensure no one else has to. Theoretically. Because, really, no one knows what one would do.

I would pull the switch, and push the guy. Or I'd just watch, and do nothing because why is it my responsibility? I don't want to get shit from the family of the person I killed either.
