The thing that worries me about getting rid of all religion is that a secular ideology could replace it and be just as fanatical. The more important thing is to figure out how to get people to think for themselves.

I think, as Jung said, that the human mind still has a capacity to think in symbols, and this explains why New Atheism kind of died off, as I predicted it would.
