For or against?

Do you spend more time thinking about what you are "for" or "in favour" of or what you are "against" or "not in favour of"? Does it form your politics or determine your vote or even shape your opinion of other people and the likelihood of interacting with them?

I dont know if it is, I think that it is an objective response and I have experienced this myself, Bertrand Russell talked about a tendency towards conservatism or at least apathy with time or aging and Erich Fromm talked about demographic shifts, ie a population of aged, apolitical consumers having major social consequences as a result of their carrying on the maximal rather than optimal consumption trends of their youth.

I think there's really big consequences to this, I feel less and less emotionally flooded or experience less affect driven reactions to politics or big questions as time goes on but when I see the extent to which younger people or people my age who're still pretty youthful in their thinking can influence things, often unwittingly, it shakes me from my apathy.

I do not think both of the decisions take that much time it was just like this , i am going to favor it or not. Not much time taken !
