The greatest questions in philosophy and spirituality are ethical, regardless of metaphysical differences the pivotal points of each school of thought and their wisdom is comprised of directions, deductions and thinking about what to do while we are alive, what to do in our interaction with one another, the precious nature of life and living.

Do you agree or disagree with the above statement and why?

"What should be thought about?" Is a precursor question of ethics. IMO that's what makes it the greatest.

The Universe is unethical beyond imagination due to all the suffering within it so it logically follows that the greatest questions are not only how do we surpass the Universe in our ethical values but also when we have done so then can we create the Universe anew in a perfected state without suffering where all things fall under the control of our ethical laws in an elegant system.
