I've seen some of the people on the forum with Johari windows, does anyone know of any other reflective assessments or tools? Either ones you've seen used or used yourself, what makes for success?

Is reflection something you either do or dont do or can it be learned? Is it a trait like any of the MBTI functions or is it a social or philosophical construct?

Does reflection change your character or just lead you to appreiate your character better?
