A few extra farm hands would be nice. They can walk by 2... They can plow by 2.

I agree that pressure to be anything they don't want to be is not a proper way to raise a child.

I guess my kids will be the sharpest tools in the shed and try to outsmart me, as I did when I was a kid... but beauty queens and neon lights? I don't know about that. I'd prefer they not realize how good looking they are, even though I'll dress them up like paper dolls and shower them with praise. A kid should be a kid.
