I had the most difficulty with assigning "fairness" in situation 3, did anyone else experience this too?
I found situation 4 to be more problematic than 3. I guess it might have something to do with how much we sympathesize with the person.

I will be bringing a second set of examples later with ambivalent scenarios. I will present the "two sides of the story" instead of the "narrator" version.
