Would be incomplete without the inclusion of philosophy and spirituality, literature and reading.

Agree or disagree? Why?

Yes, I read all the books of Wilhelm Reich and then I did some Reichian therapy and discovered I am exuberant.

But without the philosophy, psychology and politics of Wilhelm Reich, I wouldn't have done any therapy.

My therapist was Lara Amber from the Radix Institute in New Mexico. Lara Amber was a trained Reichian therapist and although I got no philosophy or psychology during therapy, it was precisely the philosophy that brought therapy to life for me.

And I think the therapy worked for I have no temptation to be a therapist myself.
