I suppose if you feel that way, but Christians still do exist, and we still think it means a lot more than that jackass using it as a prop.
Muslims feel the same way about Mohammed as good Christians feel about Jesus. But this has not stopped Muslims in Paris and Nice, in France, from chopping the heads off Christians in the street and in a church, over the last few days. Of course Christians no longer cut off heads, but Christians sincerely worship Jesus, and whatever we worship we become. So what are we worshipping when we worship Jesus?
Almost everything we know about Jesus is found in the New Testament, where we find -
Jesus was part of a Judaic community based on marriage, yet he never married.
He never made love with a woman.
He never had children of his own.
He did though love John, his disciple.
And he loved other people's children.
Neither Roman law or Judaic law proscribed child sexual abuse, and the long term psychological damage done to children was unknown. And naturally there were no criminal prosecutions.
