    Contentment.

Happiness and joy are great but they always leave wanting more, or you worry about losing them.

Contentment just kind of...is. Itcould probably be better but that doesn’t matter.
No, it wont last forever but it doesn’t matter.
    Everything is just fine.

Sadness. Which sucks in the moment. But even in that moment one can recognize just how beautiful this delicate, fragile, raw, biting veil of ethereal feeling this state of mind is. I don't mean the kind of heavy sadness that weighs on you like a pile of rocks, but like the sadness that sits with you and sings to you and then becomes a yearning or a sweet longing.

    Oh goodness, how to choose.

I guess one of my favorites is the type of excitement that encompasses anticipation, inspiration, eagerness, lack of self consciousness, motivation, and a zest for and appreciation of the good things in life - and recognition it can't last but it's sure something to eat up in that moment in time.

Self confidence. When you feel you are in control, you know your stuff, and nothing can break your sense of self worth. I wish I had that feeling more often.
