At best you could say Pe dom.

Though I suppose if there actually is a strong correlation between this and mbti then you could go on further to say ESxP.

If you believe in correlations, though. These tests are so easy to fudge, lol. On one you could get defender, and in another mentor, depending on what you click.

The Real You.
Family. Friends. Colleagues. Classmates. They would all describe you differently. The question is, do you know who you are?
We seek authenticity and direction in our lives, yet we give up, again and again, as something else takes priority.
It does not have to be this way.

This sounds so INFJ for a title. I LOVE IT.

Innovators are often called devil’s advocates. Thanks to their insatiable curiosity and highly developed intuition, people with this personality type are irreplaceable in situations where there is a need for an agile mind and excellent debate skills. Innovators don’t necessarily have to agree with an idea to be able to defend it, and they happily criticize ideas they agree with – it’s all just intellectual exercise. Not surprisingly, and as their name implies, these personalities are also highly innovative, always looking for new possibilities and intellectual challenges. If you want to come up with a better system or a solution, find an Innovator.

If something excites them, Innovators can be especially hard-working and dedicated. While these personalities take pride in being able to improvise and adapt to changing circumstances, they are also quite perfectionistic. If Innovators are not completely happy with their solution, they will likely turn their criticism on themselves for not being smart enough or for giving up too easily.

Innovators are not perfectionists in the sense that they obsess over tiny details, but they do push themselves quite hard when it comes to designing efficient solutions.Innovators are very good at noticing patterns and tendencies, and at using that information to solve whatever problem they are facing. They may not be self-confident in every situation, knowing that there is always room for growth, but they certainly know how to utilize whatever resources and options they have. This ingenuity makes Innovators highly talented troubleshooters, able to solve even the most challenging problems, and to fascinate those around them.

On the other hand, this skill with observation doesn’t always extend to emotional matters. Innovators are often puzzled by emotions, either their own or someone else’s – they usually respond to such matters by attempting to find a logical solution, which rarely exists. Consequently, people with this personality type may sometimes come across as insensitive, shy or focused solely on intellectual development. To compound the problem, Innovators often lose their own tempers. Even though they do their best to avoid showing their feelings, these personalities tend to get quite agitated under stress.

That aside, Innovators are usually very fun to be around, both personally and professionally. Their curiosity, social skills and love of freedom give them a peculiar charm, reinforced by their ingenuity and often daring disregard for existing rules and procedures. Unless the Innovator really miscalculates their approach, even the most steadfast defenders of order and stability come to secretly admire their boldness and creative talent.

I bolded what is especially true for me, except for the things that seem too much like compliments. I don't want to toot my own horn.

Presenters are outgoing individuals who connect with people quickly and try to get along well with everyone. They see each new person and each new situation they come across as something to explore. However, these personalities quickly quit the old and embrace the new – including people in their lives if they come across something (or someone) that catches their attention.

It’s not that Presenters don’t care, they’re just focused on new experiences and getting everything they can from the world around them. It’s a big world, and they want to experience it all. Inexperienced teachers might even confuse this tendency with an attention disorder in young Presenters.

Presenters are sensitive and wear their emotions on their sleeves. These emotions can range from positive fervor at one end to occasional temper tantrums at the other, no matter their age. But people with this personality type do want to preserve harmony with others, and don’t display anger for hostile reasons. Any hurt feelings are an unintended outcome from occasional heated venting. These displays are just a combination of emotions being so close to the surface and their perfectionistic bent.

This can especially be an issue when people with this personality type feel they’ve been criticized unfairly or aren’t being taken seriously. They don’t set out to purposely insult or upset anyone. These personalities mean no harm. They just prefer to act out their frustrations, to experience them, rather than calmly talk them out at a distance. People with this personality type are fully engaged with life, for better or worse. At work, they may need to hold back their “inner temperamental artists” and to not give them too much free rein.

Presenters prefer active work, often hands on or physical, and they approach it with a drive to perfect whatever skill or task they are carrying out – things have to be just right, or the magic is ruined. It’s not unusual to find them in the performing arts as actors or vocalists. Even if they don’t enter a career in performing, people with this personality type usually assert themselves into the center of attention wherever they work because of their outgoing attitudes and enthusiasm. With their eye for design and beauty and their attention to trends, Presenters often find employment in fashion or interior design.

Presenters also gravitate toward helping professions, such as counseling or social work, where they can give advice or guidance. People with this personality type see themselves as adept advice givers, but outside the office, they need to be sure the recipient is interested in receiving it. Otherwise, unwanted advice might come off as pushy and interfering. They can ably apply these skills to sales or other jobs that involve creating a relationship with clients too – as they persuade them to buy something!

Presenters, like other Communicators (ROE), may not easily commit to either jobs or people. This can be problematic in relationships with partners who need a stronger sense of an ensured future. It’s not that Presenters aren’t emotionally involved – they embrace others more vigorously than most other types – but that it’s all focused on the present moment.

People like to know Presenters and appreciate them for their zeal and their fresh approach to life. These personalities have outstanding people skills. The time people with this personality type spend with someone they love will likely be intense and exciting – filled with romance and intimacy. However, Presenters try to keep their options open. In some sense, they need to find a reason to recommit each day of their relationships, and that requires effort from both sides. Those involved with Presenters may always be in search of the sense that they are on solid footing with their partners, making it difficult for some Presenters to develop mature relationships.

Reformers are guided by kindness and the beauty of generosity. Deeply moved by altruism, Reformers long to play their part in making the world a gentler place. Though few and far between, Reformers possess a unique combination of steadfast idealism, decisiveness, perfectionism, and insight into human nature that allows them to not only dream big, but to reach out and make those dreams happen.

With extraordinary empathy, Reformers are able to feel what others feel and think how others think. They instinctively shift their own moods to mimic those of the people around them, allowing them to make deep connections with others. If there is one thing about others that Reformers just don’t understand though, it is selfishness – from their perspective, people shouldn’t be afraid to commit to something worth believing in, and they should recognize that what helps one, helps us all.

Reformers’ Introversion can prevent them from using these insights directly, but they are masters of the written word. With a sense of poetry, Reformers write with smooth, warm, and evocative language. Their rich imagination allows Reformers to connect with their audience in ways few others can, guiding and inspiring with metaphors, symbols, and finesse. Eager to help and taking pleasure in others’ success, Reformers are glad to contribute these abilities to a worthy cause, as long as their help is recognized.

Despite their strong convictions though, Reformers are rooted in their ideas far more than day-to-day implementations. It’s a worldview woven with mysticism and dreams, not a ledger tracking the extent to which their budgets allow for charitable contributions. This can create some frustrations, as Reformers may come to find that they simply don’t have the resources to be as generous as they’d like.

Open debates about these tendencies and beliefs are far from welcome. Reformers are exceptionally sensitive, vulnerable to criticism, and very uncomfortable in stressful and emotionally charged situations. Therein lies Reformers’ greatest challenge: their empathy is a gift and a curse, on the one hand enabling them to see into others’ very souls, helping them in ways no one else can, and on the other lurching about emotionally, on top of the world one day, and losing all hope and joy the next.

This zeal can create a great deal of stress as they overwork themselves and spread what they do have to offer too thin. On top of it, Reformers need time alone to recharge, as their energy can be drained quickly by social activity, especially if it’s contentious. If Reformers don’t pace themselves, they’ll be forced to withdraw entirely, hermit-like, until they recover. But when they reemerge, it will be with fresh inspiration and vigor, ready to pull along a group of like-minded individuals or to go it alone.

Fair enough. Though I'm not that brutally rational, and I respect things like compromise and empathy.

Is ROI-P an ISTP?? What are the type correlations?

Introversion vs. extraversion = I/E
Visionary vs. realistic = N/S
Motivating and supporting = F
Challenging and perfecting = T
Observant vs. diligent = P/J??

What are the nuances between motivating and supporting, and challenging and perfecting?

Edit: Okay, so I've found this page: https://mindtrackers.com/articles/identity-sensitivity-trait

Here is what I see...
motivating = Fi
supporting = Fe or any F user with low confidence
challenging = T with no obvious function correlation
perfecting = Te

This is interesting to think about when combining it with the diligent vs. observant dichotomy.

VOI-C The engineer, fits me quite well, was probably the only typology test I've ever taken that has given me an accurate type in the first try.

Edit: Took it again, got VOI-M The Mediator, actually fits much better than VOI-C!

Calm, poetic, and dreamy Mediators are a pleasure to be around. Their quiet confidence and kind nature make people with this personality type rather reserved and mysterious – but their inner flame and passion should not be taken lightly. Mediators prefer to direct their energy toward a few selected people or a worthy cause, not uncommon for an introvert. They do it with such boundless idealism though, that even their closest friends may be surprised to learn just how dedicated a Mediator can be.

Mediators are sensitive and cautious, usually having been burned at least several times because of their commitment to good and noble goals. However, they are also quite confident in their skills and ideas – people with this personality type are not easily shaken by the possibility of opposition if they truly believe in a specific cause. On the contrary, that may actually energize them.

Mediators have a clear sense of honor that inspires and motivates them. To truly understand someone with this personality type, it is crucial to learn what drives them, to understand their chosen cause. From a Mediators’ perspective, authenticity and self-realization are far more important than materialistic rewards, and people should not be afraid to commit to something they truly believe in. Unfortunately, such idealism also means that Mediators can feel misunderstood and isolated.

People with this personality type seek harmony in their lives and the surrounding environment, often trying hard to create something positive – and feeling dejected because of all the evil in the world. Mediators respond to beauty, morality and virtue, rather than utility, effectiveness or economic value. They are the ultimate healers, doing everything they can to preserve and protect the good in this world.

Mediators are not perfectionistic, nor do they spend too much time worrying what others think about them or whether the results of their work are flawless in every way. Rather, they often adopt a philosophical approach to life, adapting to challenges as they go. People with this personality type rarely experience very strong positive or negative emotions – they can sometimes find it difficult to believe in themselves, but they are also serene and easy-going at the same time.

Perhaps not surprisingly, Mediators also tend to be masters of written communication, with a distinctively smooth, fluid and warm language, embracing metaphors and symbols rather than strict facts and logic. If these personalities choose to become writers, they can easily reflect and convey their own personalities using fictional characters. Few types have both such rich imaginations and the gift for weaving inspiring and engaging stories.

The first part I was like I'm gonna get realistic, but then I got more visionary.
I think the realistic questions are better phrased than the mbti sensing ones (it's obvious that they are the extremely similar if not the same).
