I find this personality test really interesting, though it's definitely underrated

MindTrackers(R) Personality Test

I'm curious on what some people would get! :)

Edit: I got (VOI-S), the Peacemaker!

Visionary (as opposed to realistic)
Observant (as opposed to diligent)
Introverted (as opposed to extroverted)

I also got put into the supporting category.

"That said, it may be quite difficult to decipher the true feelings and thoughts of a Peacemaker. People with this personality type are used to shielding their sensitive and idealistic inner core from outside judgment and criticism, often since early childhood. In order to avoid being misunderstood and isolated, Peacemakers try to curb their childlike enthusiasm and insatiable fascination with the world. Unfortunately, this also exposes these personalities to significant mood swings – they can feel on top of the world one day and become consumed with doubt about themselves the next."

Really surprised how much I relate to most aspects of that statement
Not everyone will get accurate results though

Reformer (VDI-S)
VISIONARY 74%
DILIGENT 54%
INTROVERTED 61%
SUPPORTING

Reformers are guided by kindness and the beauty of generosity. Deeply moved by altruism, Reformers long to play their part in making the world a gentler place. Though few and far between, Reformers possess a unique combination of steadfast idealism, decisiveness, perfectionism, and insight into human nature that allows them to not only dream big, but to reach out and make those dreams happen.

With extraordinary empathy, Reformers are able to feel what others feel and think how others think. They instinctively shift their own moods to mimic those of the people around them, allowing them to make deep connections with others. If there is one thing about others that Reformers just don’t understand though, it is selfishness – from their perspective, people shouldn’t be afraid to commit to something worth believing in, and they should recognize that what helps one, helps us all.

Reformers’ Introversion can prevent them from using these insights directly, but they are masters of the written word. With a sense of poetry, Reformers write with smooth, warm, and evocative language. Their rich imagination allows Reformers to connect with their audience in ways few others can, guiding and inspiring with metaphors, symbols, and finesse. Eager to help and taking pleasure in others’ success, Reformers are glad to contribute these abilities to a worthy cause, as long as their help is recognized.

Despite their strong convictions though, Reformers are rooted in their ideas far more than day-to-day implementations. It’s a worldview woven with mysticism and dreams, not a ledger tracking the extent to which their budgets allow for charitable contributions. This can create some frustrations, as Reformers may come to find that they simply don’t have the resources to be as generous as they’d like.

Open debates about these tendencies and beliefs are far from welcome. Reformers are exceptionally sensitive, vulnerable to criticism, and very uncomfortable in stressful and emotionally charged situations. Therein lies Reformers’ greatest challenge: their empathy is a gift and a curse, on the one hand enabling them to see into others’ very souls, helping them in ways no one else can, and on the other lurching about emotionally, on top of the world one day, and losing all hope and joy the next.

This zeal can create a great deal of stress as they overwork themselves and spread what they do have to offer too thin. On top of it, Reformers need time alone to recharge, as their energy can be drained quickly by social activity, especially if it’s contentious. If Reformers don’t pace themselves, they’ll be forced to withdraw entirely, hermit-like, until they recover. But when they reemerge, it will be with fresh inspiration and vigor, ready to pull along a group of like-minded individuals or to go it alone.

Peacemaker (VOI-S)

Visionary: 71%
Observant: 66%
Introverted: 59%

True to their name, Peacemakers excel at bringing peace and integrity to their environment and the people dear to them. Perhaps the most dreamy and idealistic of all types, these personalities never truly rest – their kindness, combined with high sensitivity and perfectionism, pushes them to do everything they can to ensure that good triumphs evil in all possible forms.

That said, it may be quite difficult to decipher the true feelings and thoughts of a Peacemaker. People with this personality type are used to shielding their sensitive and idealistic inner core from outside judgment and criticism, often since early childhood. In order to avoid being misunderstood and isolated, Peacemakers try to curb their childlike enthusiasm and insatiable fascination with the world. Unfortunately, this also exposes these personalities to significant mood swings – they can feel on top of the world one day and become consumed with doubt about themselves the next.

On the other hand, their innate creativity and eagerness to be the best they can be hands Peacemakers a rather unique set of tools to make their voice heard. First, people with this personality type care deeply about good, ethical causes. Peacemakers are unmistakably authentic, making them perfect candidates for any work that involves helping or encouraging others.

Second, they are highly adaptable and intuitive, constantly scanning their environment for cues that something may be amiss. While this attitude may make Peacemakers quite anxious and self-conscious, their flexibility often proves very useful.

Finally, Peacemakers are very creative, even poetic individuals, finding it not just easy, but deeply fulfilling to express their thoughts in writing. Many Peacemakers dream of being authors from a very early age, feeling fascinated by the symbols, metaphors and characters that a masterful writer brings to life. These personalities can be quite perfectionistic sometimes, endlessly polishing their articles or novels. But when they do let their thoughts reach a wider audience, it’s rather difficult to not be fascinated by the rich imagination and idealism that all Peacemakers share.

Complex and mysterious personalities, Peacemakers are hard to get to know – they themselves sometimes find it difficult to truly understand what drives and inspires them. However, their kind, gentle and altruistic nature makes Peacemakers irreplaceable wherever there is a need for a deeply positive, healing and idealistic touch. A Peacemaker’s quiet enthusiasm, empathy and curiosity can sometimes do much more than another type’s firm, confident and rational approach. As the quote goes, “...not all those who wander are lost”.

Commanders are rational, outspoken, and undeniably famous for their ability to lead and manage others. With a fearsome and potent combination of strict rationalism and unyielding focus, Commanders set goals and achieve them by whatever means available. With the belief that nothing is impossible if they just try hard enough, Commanders may not build a reputation for gentle warmth, but their effectiveness in achieving their objectives through sheer force of will is second to none.

Stable, intelligent, and charismatic, Commanders have a balanced center of gravity that seems to pull everyone around them along for the ride. Their goals have a way of becoming everyone’s goals, making Commanders’ determination somewhat of a self-fulfilling prophesy. Commanders love challenges big and small, especially if they reward some combination of knowledge and original thinking.

This bluster and force has a tendency to burn bridges along the way though. Commanders can be chillingly ruthless in pursuing their goals, but their actions are carefully calculated – these personalities aren’t always agreeable, but they can’t be accused of short-sightedness, even if it looks that way from the outside.

Despite this reputation, their stability and confidence often draw those in search of support, advice, and reassurance, to Commanders’ chagrin. Empathy and sensitivity are not their strengths. Commanders respect those who stand up to them with force and logic equal to their own – if someone comes along asking for help because of what appears to be incompetence or laziness, there is no mercy. To Commanders, there’s trying harder to do better and there’s failure, and the latter cannot be tolerated.

Brilliant entrepreneurs and troubleshooters, Commanders are a force to be reckoned with in business and negotiations. Commanders’ goals are efficiency and effectiveness. These firm objectives lend conviction to their arguments, and the force and charisma they apply to that conviction usually has their opposition coming to an agreement or just giving up. The deal can go sour if they appear unreasonable and domineering, but Commanders usually have the foresight and self-control to avoid such issues.

That being said, Commanders have no trouble recognizing others’ talents and strengths either, which is at the least healthy for them. Commanders couldn’t care less about sensitivity in the face of failure, but their success rides on the ability and willingness of others to work with them, and they give firm recognition when and where it’s due. This combination of high standards and recognition is what makes Commanders so effective in managing organizations.

Their reputation may make them seem dour and joyless, but Commanders actually enjoy interacting with others quite a bit. In their own way, they even enjoy helping their friends with their shortcomings, though this help usually comes in the form of an uncomfortably accurate and public joke. Commanders have a great time getting together with friends and colleagues, as long as their company is thicker-skinned than average, and their energy and charisma have a way of bypassing their faux pas and carrying them through another day, to another victory.

Negotiator
Realistic

Spontaneity, backed by a subtle rationality, defines the essence of the Negotiator personality type. They are hands on people who like spending time with others. They are practical and live largely in the here and now. While people with this personality type can be eloquent, they prefer doing things over talking about them, especially if the talking drifts into abstract areas.

Though interesting for a short while, philosophy and theoretical topics will more than likely make Negotiators’ eyes glaze over as they come to realize that the talk just keeps on going. It stops being new after the first hour. They’ll eventually pretend to listen, words going in one ear and out the other, while looking around the room to see what else is going on. For similar reasons, these personalities don’t always get high grades in school – the distant, intangible academic material, and the fact that they’re expected to sit quietly and listen for six or more hours a day, just makes them itch to go out and do.

However, these personalities do blossom when they get older and find something that is more in line with their style. That style is to quickly assess a situation, decide instantly what needs to be done, and respond to it as effectively as possible. This makes people with this personality type perfect as first responders like ambulance medics, firefighters, police officers or soldiers. Their observational skills matched with their analytical side makes them excellent detectives or investigators in any discipline.

These personalities approach their subjects objectively and their findings likely offer accurate assessments. Since Negotiators are physical people, they gravitate toward work that is hands on or involves the body, including acting, singing, athletics, mechanics or driving, for example. However, they are also brilliant at working a room and reading people’s reactions and gestures. This makes people with this personality type excellent salespeople, and can give them an edge in many aspects of business.

Negotiators rarely take the time to ask permission from those in charge. They often display a certain boldness in their action and, if the rules get in the way, Negotiators may bypass them in favor of effective results. Sometimes, this can result in risky behavior and present a problem for friends or co-workers who may not be as willing to put their necks on the line, or even be involved indirectly. While Negotiators will try to take care of people who are important to them, these personalities may not be that considerate of others if being so means they won’t get the results they seek.

Negotiators like socializing and they excel at it. They bond more through shared activities than they do talking or sharing their thoughts or feelings though. People with this personality type are more likely to be in a bowling league than a book club. The average Negotiator could certainly handle the book club intellectually, but they prefer to engage things fully, with their minds and their senses.

Negotiators can be loyal in friendships and relationships. However, commitment is not always easy for people with this personality type, and they may always be scanning for other choices or opportunities. Constantly searching for novelty is an intrinsic part of their natures.

This can be unsettling when Negotiators are coupled with personality types who want predictability and a strong commitment. However, despite their attraction to anything new and different, these personalities’ healthy reasoning often helps them decide they are better off sticking around. In balance, it may make more sense to people with this personality type to stay put rather than be controlled by their tendency to explore. Their partners should be aware of the value Negotiators put on personal freedom, and avoid coming across as someone who is stifling it.

Is this accurate? I dunno, too wordy.

Engineer (VOI-C)

lQvdpum.png

Engineers, pensive and imaginative, take no greater pleasure than in assembling a bunch of mismatched ideas into something meaningful. This joy can hardly be discerned from the outside though – Engineers are far from an expressive and excitable lot. But the thrill of discovery where others failed to make raw ideas work, the process of analyzing and improving systems and theories, is undeniable, and integral to how these personality types approaches nearly every aspect of their lives.

Their stoic, philosophical aura is a constant companion. Engineers’ day-to-day needs are simple, and they often seem detached, unaffected and unaware of their surroundings (though that should certainly not be taken for granted). From the highest praise of actually taking the time to explain an idea or connection they’ve come up with, to the bitterest insult of a dismissive shrug and a “forget it”, Engineers are calm, emotionally stable, and a little tough to peg.

Observers struggle because this personality type is marked by some glaring contrasts: like all Challenging types, they’re interested in ideas that are efficient and useful, yet Engineers have little interest in practical, day-to-day things; they also hold themselves, and others, to very high standards, but are far from perfectionistic and a little prone to distraction, readily dropping ideas that have lost their luster.

To understand them, it’s important to look at the source of their motivation, not its predicted results. To Engineers, the intellectual and analytical exercise is the point – the goals and results that Realistic types in particular value, whether buying a house or designing a solution to a singularly tricky problem, are only a byproduct of that exercise. Like a road trip, the goal may be to get from point A to point B, but the deeper growth and the intellectual journey are what are truly engaging.

For Engineers, almost everything is measured by that yardstick of intellectual growth. They are brilliant and intuitive theorists and analysts, noticing patterns and underlying structures where others only see a façade. This personality type makes a point of accumulating more and more knowledge, making their insights ever more keen – and their opinions and behavior towards those less creative or sharp ever more disdainful. This is matched by a high self-esteem and a willingness to show their own intelligence.

This makes them ill-suited for the worlds of human resources and administration, positions that have Engineers pulling out their hair. They’d even prefer physical labor because it at least frees up the mind to think about other things. Meanwhile, the very people they thought the least of handle such positions and social demands with grace and dignity. Engineers simply don’t excel when it comes to detailed planning, constant human interaction, reserve contingencies, and tightly regimented schedules.

There is a lesson in this. There is great value and beauty in Engineers’ quest for the secrets of nature and technology. The way they dissect structures and ideas, stripping out the underlying laws that make them function and putting them to use in new and innovative ways is what revolutions in creative thought and efficiency are made of. And whether these personalities like it or not, there is also great value in having someone around who finds ways to have them get paid to do so, and in having those checks show up reliably.

Curious and imaginative Debaters are masters of both finding interesting problems and solving them. However, unlike their Campaigner or Counselor cousins, these personalities work best with systems, not people - they certainly analyze the social links in a group or organization that interests them, but they are driven by rational curiosity, not empathic concern. Debaters are insatiable when it comes to looking for better ways of doing things, improving exisiting systems, or solving challenges that were supposedly "unsolvable".

Actually I think this really fits my personality, I like solving impossible challenges :D

Officer (RDE-P)

Realistic 67%
Diligent 71%
Extraverted 57%

Officers put a great amount of energy into reaching any goal placed before them. They work hard and focus on details, protocol and order. While not averse to innovation or change when they have enough evidence that it’s necessary, people with this personality type prefer sticking with what they know and what others have proved. They like a sense of certainty when moving forward, and they see previous successes as an indicator of future successes. Why take the risk of changing something if the old way works just fine?

Ambitious and motivated by success and a need for order, Officers have a sense of urgency around much of what they do – sometimes it’s subtle and sometimes not. These personalities have to take care not to let impatience drive them, as that can come across as hostile or aggressive. But needless to say they get the job done, and it’s usually done well.

Officers are sticklers for details and “best practices”. They rely heavily on rationality and may not always be in touch with their emotions. These personalities favor objective information and an objective stance, sometimes at the expense of other people’s feelings. It’s not so much contempt for other’s emotions as it is a deep regard for facts and achievement though. Those Officers who lean most heavily on rationality and evidence may benefit from learning and practicing people skills, even if only in a rote fashion.

Officers often find themselves in management or leadership positions. They are goal-oriented and others can count on them to do their best to meet any objectives placed before them. Their attention to detail makes Officers thorough leaders, though ones who might at times micromanage. They go “by the book”, and aren’t necessarily visionaries when they lead. However, their leadership is efficient and unambiguous. When Officers lead, they instill solid confidence, especially in those who are like-minded.

The sense of urgency people with this personality type display at work usually follows them to their homes. They may have a hard time relaxing in family or social gatherings. While they do a wonderful job taking care of their families in all practical ways, they may come across as emotionally distant or blunted.

While not all Officers are social, political or religious conservatives, there is a high correlation between their personality traits and conservative beliefs. Chances are good that Officers will find themselves highly involved in their communities and families. Like at work, traditional values and methods serve as a foundation at home. These personalities run a tight ship there as well.

Officers can become tangled up in status-seeking though. They may begin to see professional and social status as a way to keep score and if they’re not careful, it can become an end in itself. When status becomes the goal, rather than actual accomplishments, it can be tempting to cut corners to climb the ladder more quickly. Officers need to be careful to remember what’s important. When their ambition doesn’t overshadow reason though, they know better than anyone else that nothing replaces hard work.

True to their name, Scientists are the most analytical and logical of all personality types. They are able to focus on just what really matters in a particular situation, tuning out all other distractions. Thanks to their desire for effectiveness, and their unrelenting perfectionism, Scientists are a formidable force wherever there is a need for a sharp and encyclopedic mind.

These traits are clearly visible in Scientists' everyday lives as well. Pensive and detached, people with this personality type may often seem so deep in thought that they do not really pay any attention to their surroundings. Scientists are fascinated by models, concepts and unexplained patterns, knowing no greater intellectual pleasure than to finally find a way to link two seemingly unrelated facts or events, or create order out of chaos.

Similarly, Scientists cannot stand nonsense or illogical conclusions, especially if they concern matters they are familiar with. Despite being introverted and self-conscious, Scientists can devastate an opponent in a debate, juggling different ideas and strands of thought with admirable ease. On the other hand, people with this personality type are prone to self-doubt and emotional turbulence, often worrying that they've missed something crucial along the way.

This restless fear of possible failure is perhaps the most important obstacle holding Scientists back. While perfectionism can be a great driving force (few types are as hungry for knowledge as Scientists), it can also cause a great deal of stress and anxiety. However, these personalities are highly unlikely to reveal that emotional side of theirs to people around them. Their calm exterior often hides these very strong feelings.

Similarly, Scientists often feel out of their element when it comes to recognizing and understanding other people's emotions. Being as analytical as they are, these personalities tend to find emotions simply puzzling and illogical. This trait, coupled with Scientists' occasional forgetfulness and preoccupation with their thoughts, makes dating and similar activities a challenge. However, Scientists also tend to be devoted, adaptable and undemanding partners, whose true depth and personality need time and effort to be understood and appreciated.

Highly intuitive, open-minded and imaginative Scientists may not always be stress-free or confident, but they more than make up for that with their impressive reasoning skills, deep and varied knowledge, and willingness to work long and hard for intellectual advancement. If someone with this personality type also makes conscious efforts to become better-rounded by developing their empathy and diplomatic skills, their potential will be truly impressive.

Not sure if I'm analytical or logical but I'm good solving problem and I'm not good understand other people emotion but it's depend of situation but the others describe me well. interesting result!
