Strengths Sort Cards - TMBC - StandOut

I came up with the following as my top 5.

Building - Putting parts or materials together; establishing and developing something; increasing the size of something
Creating - Bringing into existence; inventing
Brainstorming - Discussing things in a group in order to create ideas to solve problems
Directing - Explaining the process of getting to a destination; focusing or concentrating efforts; controlling the operations of something
Mentoring - Advising or training someone with less experience in order to help him or develop and grow
