My sleep schedule..

11:00-12:00 bed
12:30 - wake up and rock baby back to bed
4:30 - wake up and jab GF if she doesnt to go feed him since he is crying again
6:30 - jab her again to get him back to bed
7:30 - she jabs me to go get him as he wakes up for a couple hours at 7:30

He would wake up at 6:30, but we dont...lol...takes a bit we can usually get that extra hour of sleep.

Its like clock work. Unless he is teething and then we alternate probably every 2 hours he wakes up. Sometime he wakes up just once around 2:30 and then sleeps till 7:308

I dont understand natural right now...lol

Took it once more in case I'd misread anything (I rushed), got 28, melatonin onset 11:45 & bedtime still @1:15am.



Eh, close enough, I guess? :thinking: I'd say I naturally fall asleep closer to 2-2:30am, though.
I've been waking up early the past few days since I had an appt Thurs. Despite getting an adequate amount of sleep, I still can't catch my stride. I feel pretty tired/out of it. My body'll correct itself in the next couple days.
