i tried to balance the answers between my current mindset and previous ones... it said maybe... i have been diagnosed with it in the past... looking at the criteria, i still manage to hit the minimum required (though some are close calls these days)... with that said i think i am over all very healthy compared to the past...

"Your score: 2

Your score indicates that you have no Borderline Personality Disorder."

I answered "Never" or its equivalent to all but 2 of these.

For #10, about speeding in your car, I answered "Rarely" - although I wouldn't necessarily call driving 10-15 mph over the speed limit on the highway every once in awhile "reckless driving." I do enjoy highway driving, but I'm not interested in dying/killing anyone else.

For #19, I feel anxious for several hours, I selected "Rarely." I've been Dx'd with PTSD, stemming from a colorful cocktail of experiences- one of which being raised by a woman diagnosed with a pretty volatile flavor of Borderline Personality Disorder. I don't think I've experienced acute anxiety persisting for hours in at least a year, though. At its most (& fortunately infrequent these days) level of severity, my anxiety tends to last a half hour, tops- despite the fact that it can *feel* like much longer when in the thick of it. I've worked my ass off on this. All about mindfulness & management. And acceptance.
