Well I certainly don't think very visually at all, so I guess I might think in sounds? And sensitivity to the "sounds and rhythms of words" sounds about right.
Also I happen to play an instrument so maaaaybe the test picked up on that.

My test was broken. It says I'm an intrapersonal thinker and should be a counselor or psychologist. I can't think of two jobs that would bore me more. Mostly I said I liked plants, gardening and daydreaming.....WTF!

This sucks....

Existential thinker, no surprise really, although I'm sure somenoe will be along soon to tell me that this isnt the case and their superior knowledge of blah, blah, blah tells them that I'm the opposite.

I assumed I would get Intrapersonal, but this is more accurate. Good quiz!

Funny, because my kids just took a quiz like this for school. I looked it over and reached the conclusion that's in my sig. I definitely think in pictures, no question. Everything comes to me visually. I am drawn to writing because I like translating the visual into words.

On this I got-

You are an Intrapersonal thinker.

Intrapersonal thinkers:
-Spend a lot of time thinking about and trying to understand themselves
-Reflect on their thoughts and moods, and work to improve them
-You understand how your behaviour affects your relationships with others
-Like intrapersonal thinkers, Leonardo worked hard to improve all aspects of himself.
-Other Intrapersonal thinkers include Sigmund Freud, Gandhi, Grahame Greene

Careers which suit Intrapersonal Thinkers include
Psychologist, Teacher, Pilot, Child care worker, Explorer, Drama therapist

I wouldn't want to do any of those careers- except maybe explorer(!) How do it and pilot fit into that?

My second result was-

You are a Musical Thinker.

Musical thinkers:
Tend to think in sounds, and may also think in rhythms and melodies
Are sensitive to the sounds and rhythms of words as well as their meanings.
Feel a strong connection between music and emotions
Like many musical thinkers, Leonardo loved to sing, and had a fine voice

Other Musical Thinkers include
Mozart, John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix

Careers which suit Musical Thinkers include
Musician, Music teacher, Sound engineer, Recording technician
I wish I were musically talented. If I could choose a talent, this would be it. I love music and listen to it all of the time. However, I am a writer. But the sound, the rhythm of the words is just as important to me as the meaning. (or the image I'm creating with those words.)

I think the problem with this quiz is that what you like is weighted just as heavily as what you do. Also, most people use a number of thinking styles in concert.
