I know I posted a thread about this a couple months ago, but the test has been updated, and the scoring is different. I like the new scoring better, personally. What do you think of the update?

aaand Turbulence is 63%, no shock there.

They're all so close to 60% for me, lol.

I dunno, half the questions I'm assuming were N questions seemed so...full of fluff. Not saying they're a load of crap, lol, I mean it just sounds really... Fluffy. Just assuming this is an average MBTI dichotomy test and not a heavily referenced spin off of some kind... This was the first test I took a long time ago, I believe I typed as INTJ/P-T then.
Unless I'm acctually a very creative, inventive, and intuitive sensor(/"observer") as opposed to an N type as I've been so convinced on...

Does anyone have any idea how accurate this one tends to be, if it *is* supposed to be MBTI dichotomy and not a close spin off? I'm just curious now. If it's more accurate for most people, and if for most people the questions relate to them more than the old ones, I'll think it's better ;P might need to send it to some friends, too. I'm curious, since the old one is the one so many of us took when introduced to MBTI.

Your personality type is:
Logician (INTP-t)

97% Introverted
74% Intuitive
60% Thinking
68% Prospecting
66% Turbulent

Past results alternate between INFP and INTP. I end up with turbulent either way.

I've never realized how hideous the word "turbulent" is. Just look at it. It's gross.

Don't think I'm Fi first. Or second. Not in my Super-Id either. ._ .

"You enjoy going to social events that involve dress-up or role-play activities." I really want to know now which preference this represents.

I don't see much of a difference in the updated version than the original besides a change in visuals and additional questions. But:

It may just be because I'm starting to actually see the value in Te. But the manifestation is nonexistent.

I feel like a lot of factors that would typically go into Perceiving v. Judging are going into Assertive v. Turbulent, because I'm definitely not an INTP; their function stack does not match up with my personality. But yeah, this is definitely an interesting test for beginners in Jungian theory (or just to take for the heck of it :D).

Before now, 16Personalities would approximately give me 40% E, 60% N, 50% F, 60% P, and 70% T, which I think I can identify with more on average. I'm more ambiverted and Feeling/Thinking ambiguous than what the new results would say, I think.

themightyfetus - What was the update exactly? I can't seem to tell.

Results: ISFP-T - "The Adventurer"

I relate to zero parts of this description. I am not passionate, creative, one to challenge the status quo, I do not exhibit risky behavior, etc. I give this test a D-.
