Browsing through some pages - so far the ennegram scores and MBT user scores sync up. No real surprises. If you tested as ENFP and a 5 for instance I'd be surprised.
Lots of 4s for INFPs, 5s for INTXs, 7s for ENXPs, sounds about right.
Ennegram really doesn't fall into place the way MBT does. But learning more about the triads and how it's based on your motivating fear and way to escape fear - it's really helpful and also will help you understand your true ennegram type and how it can help you. There are pages online that explain to you why certain types commonly test as other types and how to distinguish what the difference is.
I have tested usually as a 3 or 7 and even as a 2 or a 4 (which I hated and railed against). But it was only after reading more about the "science" of ennegram that I stuck with 7w6.

Interesting...I had assumed I was 5w4 for a while, but this causes me to think 5w9, or maybe 5w6. I didn't think 4's were so emo...

Type 7. Variant sexual: sx/sp/so (why is this test talking dirty to me??)
Sevens are optimistic thrill seekers that see life as an adventure. This constant zest for life can be inspiring. But once things lose their fun 7's are no longer interested. Many projects go unfinished. 7's fear being overwhelmed by life's struggles.

This time around, I came out a 5.
5 51 I must be knowledgable and independent to be happy.
9 45 I must be peaceful and easy to get along with to be happy.
3 39 I must be impressive and attractive to be happy.
1 36 I must be perfect and good to be happy.
2 35 I must be helpful and caring to be happy.
6 35 I must be secure and safe to be happy.
8 35 I must be strong and in control to be happy.
7 32 I must be high and entertained to be happy.
4 30 I must avoid painful feelings to be happy
Accept the past. Live for the present. Look forward to the future.

I really like the 9types site; some good info & suggestions without having to wade through pages & pages of verbage.
Another thing to remember: the Enneagram is about motion: 4 moves to 1 to be healthy, or 2 (iirc) when unhealthy. So, although you have a main type, the symbol is used to imply motion. A kind of "out of type" experience. It all makes sense though, when keeping in mind that the overall idea is to shed personality altogether which is only a shadow of the true self..."How can I be, all I want to be,
When all I want to do is strip away these stilled constraints
And crush this charade, shred this sad, masquerade"

Wow, a surprising amount of INFP's are type 5. I thought 4 and 9 were more characteristic.

If I were you I would get off that site, and go to the websites truly geared toward the enneagram.

Type 7. Variant: sx/so/sp
A few years ago the result would have been less close -- it would have been more heavily skewed towards Type 7. I've been lucky enough that I have had a lot of adventures already, and that has left me partly sated in that respect.
