Summary Analysis of Profile
By focusing on the strongest configuration of cognitive processes, your pattern of responses most closely matches individuals of this type: INFJ

Lead (Dominant) Process
Introverted Intuiting (Ni): Transforming with a meta-perspective. Withdrawing from the world and focusing your mind to receive an insight or realization. Checking if synergy results. Trying out a realization to transform things.

Support (Auxilliary) Process
Extraverted Feeling (Fe): Building trust through giving relationships. Empathically responding to others' needs and take on their needs and values as your own. Checking for respect and trust. Giving and receiving support to grow closer to people.

If these cognitive processes don't fit well then consider these types: ENFJ, or ISFJ

I never agree with the results of these tests.

Summary Analysis of Profile
By focusing on the strongest configuration of cognitive processes, your pattern of responses most closely matches individuals of this type: ISFP

Lead (Dominant) Process
Introverted Feeling (Fi): Staying true to who you really are. Paying close attention to your personal identity, values and beliefs. Checking with your conscience. Choosing behavior congruent with what is important to you.

Support (Auxilliary) Process
Extraverted Sensing (Se): Immersing in the present context. Responding naturally to everything tangible you detect through your senses. Checking with what your gut instincts say. Testing limits and take risks for big rewards.

If these cognitive processes don't fit well then consider these types: ESFP, or ISTP

This test is a failure. They give me all the wrong results, first it said, I was infp. then i took the test again and it said I was isfp. My dominant cognitive process is Ne not fi. I don't use my senses to gather info, i used my intuition. Another example to why test isn't a sure way to determine your type. Only you can determine your type.

INTJ

Also consider these types: ENTJ, or INFJ

Apparently I'm an INTJ today. Dichotomous test I took said INFJ.

Go figure.

The ENFP is a new one.. normally it's ISFP.. INFJ

Does anyone not do this:
"Freely enjoy doing what you want for your own personal happiness."

This is supposed to be Fi, but isn't this MOST people?

Odd for an INTP -- isn't that your tertiary?

A lot of people's tertiary (as well as inferior) are the weakest. That's one reason some like Lenore Thomson's 'lasgana" order better. (With the shadows placed inbetween the dom/aux and tert/inf).
The official order is not about relative strengths, except for the dominant and auxiliary; and even then, it is possible to have the aux come out stronger than the dominant. (which could explain why Ratsimoan got INFP at one point).

I think she got INFP because the test is bugging out. I got INFP the first time around, despite having explicitly scored higher in Ne than Fi.

So this could be why I scored INTJ on the cognitive processes assessment, although my nature is more like that of the INFJ? Perhaps the Te has been developed from being immersed in science for how many umpteen years.

Again, it was completely arbitrary on the test algorithm's part. Your score for Fe and Te was identical.

EDIT: It may have, hilariously enough, actually scored you INTJ because you're more feeling than thinking. Your Te and Fe were identical, but your Fi (INTJ tertiary) was much higher than your Ti (INFJ tert).

I don't think so necessarily. Everyone might have that in themselves, but to be led by it is a different thing entirely. This is probably what creates seemingly flighty, impulsive, and stubborn FPs. Not to mention occassional unemployment. :coffee: A person with a preference for thinking could override their sense personal "freedom" and/or values without even noticing much probably..and then maybe make the same choice if it's reasonable to them. And a high Fe would act in reference to others more often.

Not necessarily. Many people wouldn't freely enjoy doing what they want for their own personal happiness, or else simply not be too aware of what makes them happy.
