Mei is a Dreamer
Dreamers are lovers of ideas. They spend a lot of their time in their minds, exploring ideas, establishing theories, and understanding phenomena. Usually they like exploring scientific ideas and coming up with their own methodologies. They prefer to work alone as that’s when they get their best thinking done. Expression is important to the Dreamer, though they like to organize their thoughts thoroughly before sharing them.

This was the best career test I've ever taken, and I've paid for professional help/tests before. Not to mention it was very visually appealing and fairly fun to fill out. Thanks for sharing, OP! This actually helped me a lot, I have been looking for something like this. :happy2:

Anyway, my results:

Forever_Jung is a Luminary: Luminaries thrive when they are working with ideas and people. They like expressing their creativity to others. Being a part of meaningful relationships where they can express emotions and sensitivities is very important to the Luminary. They place a lot of value in helping people through their creative outlets.

1. Professor (I wish!)
2. Kindergarten Teacher (YES!)
3. Elementary School Teacher (makes sense, given the last two)
4. News Anchor (I'm amazing at reading things aloud!)
5. Author (The secret that I am sometimes embarrassed about)

Bottom 5
1. Rancher (Ha! I actually had this job for a short while, and I was pathetic)
2. Stuntman
3. Purchasing Manager
4. Pilot
5. Radio Frequency Specialist

Great idea Forever_Jung with the careers. My current career rates in the bottom 5 for me at a whopping 1.1% compatibility. Hilarious....no wonder I'm ready to slash my wrists.

"Guardians love helping people. They have a natural ability to work with people, but also find time to work in solitude where they are able to organize their thoughts with detail-oriented tasks. Accuracy paired with helpful support makes the Guardian an excellent support system to turn to."
I think I seriously overstated how much I like working with people..

You are a Philosopher
Your strongest trait is Artistic, and your second strongest is Investigative, which makes you a Philosopher.

Philosophers love being creative with their ideas. They have active imaginations and love exploring anomalies and sometimes scientific curiosities in the physical world. Philosophers like unstructured situations that provide them with room to get creative in their work. They like to interpret the world around them and thrive when they are able to express their findings.

Skills You Can Focus On
Philosophers are a relatively common archetype, representing about 8 to 9% of the broader population. They have a working combination of introspection and intuition, which enables them to be both strong rational and divergent thinkers that are able to take a holistic look at life and problems. Philosophers typically take time to think through things before they communicate them. They are naturally strong at working through real world problems, but their thinking can sometimes be overly idealistic and divorced from the intricacies and realities of how people and the world function. Their appreciation for ideas and sometimes the arts combined with their investigative function often makes Philosophers natural critics who appreciate dissecting and discussing forms of expression.

Tendencies To Be Careful Of
Philosophers tend to have a preference for introspective work where they can be independent and expressive, which can sometimes mean that in this autonomous state, they overlook the need to collaborate with others. They tend to be quite confident in their intellectual and creative ability, often overlooking existing solutions in blind preference for their own perspective. This can mean that they don’t function well within teams. While their way of thinking is often structured, they sometimes struggle in structured environments.

I must say, this took hours to finish (went back and forth), but has interesting results.
Looks like depending on your answers you can get various amounts of 'traits that make you unique'- I think there's an almost 'popularizing' slant that this test is doing, marking the rarity of results, and '20%' as rare and lower as 'very rare', 1 in 5 isn't that rare at all, but the traits are all detailed and nice aside from the white noise.

EDIT: Holy shit this thing literally has the B5 in it (openness, agreeableness, etc)

Enthusiast (Investigative + Artistic)
Oddly, the careers aren't ordered from high to low (if you click on them it shows you the % of interest you indicated in the career)

I took this test 9 years ago and it turns out I did not overstate how much I like working with people. I ended up getting a degree in sociology and I work one-on-one with people in the legal field. The guardian archetype sounds like my latest performance review. I think Sokanu is one of the more helpful career guidance tools - much better than those I was given in high school!

My issue is obviously I am good at a lot of things, and have too many interests.
