"DISC is a quadrant behavioral model based on the work of Dr. William Moulton Marston (1893–1947) to examine the behavior of individuals in their environment or within a specific situation (otherwise known as environment). It therefore focuses on the styles and preferences of such behavior."

So, I guess...

High Influence - ExFx types
High Dominance - ENTJ, ESTJ, ESFJ or even ENTP.
High Steadiness - xSxJ types
High Compliance - IxFx types

Accurate enough?
Plus, I'm not 16 Oo

You have a strong inner motivation to assertively create and implement new ideas.
You handle pressure well - you strive for excellence and expect others to do the same.
You are innovative but tend to avoid risk taking.

You have an inner motivation to gain knowledge and become 'the expert'.
You have the self-discipline to focus and you aim for high standards.
You appear to be relaxed and are likely to have plenty to talk about.
People see you as knowledgeable, non-threatening and easy to get along with.

Conceptually, it's
D: EST, ENJ, NT
I: ESF, ENP, SP
S: ISF, INP, NF
C: IST, INJ, SJ

For several people, it matches (like ENTP's as high I and D, and you as I and S). IIRC, I often end up high C (and that matching S and D are right behind it), and in this case, it's probably just sorting the I and T influence differently than expected. (A few questions were hard, where the choices I either all didn't identify with much,or were neither here nor there on).

I'm starting to think that this test is a bit biased towards dominance... I'm really not as much of an asshole as the test is claiming

But I'm not really as much as a punching-bag as this test claims either!

I could have answered "thumbs up" to all four responses to some of these questions, and "thumbs down" to all four responses to others. It ended up coming out this way:

edit: I took it again because I lost the description and I wanted to see the description. I ended up getting a bit of a different result.

Dominance:Steadiness:Compliance:Influence

You are responsive to challenges in a practical, realistic and enthusiastic manner. You are a fact orientated person capable of providing help based on solid information.
You are assertive, self-sufficient and individualistic
People are likely to perceive you as being rational and creative at the same time.
That's about half-true, just like every other temperament description :)
