Most people fall into this category, juggling both Aquarian and non-Aquarian ideals, which makes it easy for you to relate to others. You work hard and value the finer things in life. Your material self reminds you to always keep your eyes on the prize, but at the same time your spirit is constantly yearning for a more meaningful existence. You quite possibly have become aligned with a particular religion, yet you find yourself unable to accept all of its teachings and practices. You cycle between moods of optimism and despair, hope and fear, joy and anger, because these are the logical and socially accepted reactions to a particular circumstance. Here are two things to keep in mind: Inner peace comes from being less reactive and more proactive to life’s challenges, and spirituality is not bound by the teachings of any one religion.

You’re drawn to many of the ideals of what it means to be an Aquarian, but something is holding you back. Take a minute to think about this: Are you scared? Do you feel that you’ll be abandoning yourself without knowing who the new self will be? Do you fear being judged or rejected? Whatever the reason, be honest to your true desires in life. An Aquarian would tell you that, short of harming others, there is no wrong way to live and that every life is just as valuable as the next. Give yourself permission to explore who you really are and what you really want to do. No one is stopping you except yourself.

150 to 175: The Practicing Aquarian

You pursue the Aquarian lifestyle with focused intention and purpose. You keep yourself on the Aquarian Path by reading spiritual and self-improvement books, attending a church or class that validates your beliefs, and otherwise mindfully placing yourself in an environment that fosters your soul and spirit. You do what you need to do to keep yourself in the Aquarian frame of mind, knowing that the world offers plenty of opportunities to knock you out of your higher awareness. You know that Aquarian living is not automatic for most people, which reminds you to stay grounded in the principles of your spiritual beliefs: Love is never wrong, gratitude brings abundance, and forgiveness benefits the forgiver even more than the person being forgiven.

Better be, seeing as how I am an aquarian. Although I'm not so sure I buy into that hippy stuff as much as the description makes it out to seem.
