As far as function tests go, this doesn't seem that bad. Of course, that may be a function of the shitty tests I've taken before.

Yeah I scored high on Fe too! And super low on Fi. But I think Fi is the one I am most certain of any of the functions.

Well, my Ti was low, which is pretty consistent with the truth for me...so is being an Ne dom, and I generally have Ni somewhere high-middle...HOWEVER, I think they're making the mistake of thinking if you care about people at all or are considerate that you must be Fe rather than Fi, which is wrongity wrong.

Another thing, too, is that I think I scored lower on Fi because I do care about objectivity to an extent, and apparently Te opposes Fi in that regard (objective objectivity and subjective subjectivity) SO since I would tend to put moderate answers on any questions that might oppose Fi/Te, that's going to put my Fi and Te both lower than they should be...and in the middle somewhere.

I also find it strange that on another version of cognitive functions I score much higher on Se.

So there is evidence that there is a flaw in the test.

Oh, just noticed that an ESFP also scored higher on Fe than Fi, and yet another ISFP scored higher on Fe than Fi.

The Introverted Thinking (Ti) function is used when an individual analyzes something, breaks it apart, and categorizes and defines its elements. This is the foundation of logical thinking. The Introverted Intuition (Ni) function implicitly recognizes that one term can have multiple meanings, and allows the individual to disconnect themselves from the concept of 'objective truth'. This allows those with strong Ni to 'rewire' the connections that form a concept and test it from new and unique angles. This is why the Ni dominant types are often called analysts: they can pull apart an idea and test each individual piece to see how it changes the whole.

The Introverted Sensation (Si) function compares past events with current events. Si is associated with vivid memory recall and a reliance on experiential learning. Those with strong Si often prefer to take a 'hands on approach'. On the other hand, those with weak Si often do not benefit from interacting in that way.

The Extroverted Sensation (Se) function is associated with a vivid perception of the world, taking into account details that others may miss. The Extroverted Feeling (Fe) function is used when an individual acts in a considerate way to the feelings and beliefs of the people around them. Those with strong Fe can easily empathize with other people and is the most likely to be a 'people person.' Those with weak Fe may find themselves offending people unintentionally.

The only thing this test seems to be generically getting "right" is whether people are iNtuitive Thinkers, iNtuitive Feelers, or Sensing Feelers.

Other than that it (or rather whomever designed the test) seems to have a poor grasp of the difference between Fe and Fi, and yes there may be a tendency toward higher Ne scores, yet I do see several Se doms and Te or Ti doms.

EDIT: Nevermind. Speed's Se is strangely low for an ISTP. Sucky test is sucky.

It's not just you, chickens. Every female ENFP that has posted so far has had Ne/Fe rather than Ne/Fi, and an ISFP had Fe/Se, and two more xSFPs came out with higher Fe than Fi. So you're just another xNFP who scored way too high on Fe, and the second IxFP on the list who came out as an Fe dom.

Fe =/= "nice."

Also, any person who appreciates objectivity does not necessarily have low Fi.

Oh yeah......this is a crappy quiz. So crappy that I can barely identify what are supposed to be the Fi questions, and I can usually spot those immediately. I don't think I've ever scored this low on Fi . These results make me look like an INFJ.

I did as well. it said Te was my last function and I was like HELL no, I use tons of Te every day
