The idea of the test is very interesting, but it is so poorly done it makes my stomach turn. The questions are mostly fuzzy, the answers do not offer enough variety (i.e. oversimplification) and the whole test would be extremely easy to manipulate. More precise and detailed questions and more differentiated answers
On top of that the strong anti-German sentiment of the author (and I mean anti-German, not anti-Nazi, since the references to Wiener Schnitzel -an Austrian specialty with possibly Northern Italian roots- and the gratuitous use of cliche Hollywood nazi/German terminology have nothing to do with the content of the test) works against him imho. Same for me. Maybe if you know > 1 language, it makes you more likely to leave the country, since presumably you speak the language in at least a few other places.The Expatriate too, tho that's a bit disappointing since I said I'ld die for my country. What I didnt get tho was why it does matter how many languages I am fluent in, the test maker obviously has no clue about covert ops tactics

The author might also have assumed that having become fluent in another language is a sign of being very open to and interested in the world outside your own country and thus more mentally mobile and likely to even consider emigration. These days in many European countries you can't graduate from highschool without having studied at least two foreign languages though, so it's nothing special and not necessarily a sign of being more mobile and culture smart than average.
As I said, the idea is interesting, but the test is very badly written.
