This is a different version of a free DISC profile test. At the end, it will give you a free 21-page DISC report to download in a .pdf file. It will also give you a free 21-page Index of Values report. Obviously, we can't post all that information about ourselves, but we can post our DISC scores. You may find the free reports helpful.

It asks you to type in some info before taking the test. I just used a fake name and fake phone number, and my free email account.
Other than that, you are set to go. Enjoy!

Very High Individualistic (71): Demonstrates high independence and projects self-confidence.

or assignment.

Average Altruistic (50): Concerned for others without giving everything away; a stabilizer.

a flexible way.

Very High Theoretical (88): Passionate about learning for its own sake. Continually in learning mode and
bringing a very high degree of technical or knowledge base credibility.

I'm impressed looking at the various explanations of my values as ranked (the values report, which I can't post in totality here), they seem far more descriptive in the specifics of how I actually operate than most of the tests like this.

Sure thing, Captain Trin! :D

If you put on your secret decoder glasses and read the middle of page 11, you will see the following in bold blue font:

TRINITY IS AWESOME!

I guess the other 21 pages are just for kicks. :newwink:

Cautiousness — your preference for procedures, standards and protocols

Things to do to effectively communicate with bologna:
• Prepare your case in advance; prepare for difficult questions and challenges.
• Be accurate and realistic, don't over-inflate ideas or outcomes.
• Be certain that the information you have is credible.
• Do your homework, because others will have already done their share of it.
• If you disagree with the direction, make an organized presentation of your position.

• Provide logical and practical evidence.
• Take your time, be precise and thorough.

Things to avoid to effectively communicate with bologna:
• Don't be casual, informal, or loud.
• Don't be unrealistic with deadlines.
• Don't be vague about what's expected of either of you.
• Don't be disorganized or sloppy.
• Don't use someone else's opinions as evidence.
• Don't push too hard.
• Don't whine about all of the work you have to do.

Low regulatory, but high cautiousness. well,

Kind of neat that there's a 21 page report available on this stuff, and it's even better that you can just provide a fake name, email, and phone number
