[The highest possible score for any one love language is 12.]

A. (40%) Quality Time - 12
B. (23%) Words of Affirmation - 7
C. (13%) Acts of Service - 4
D. (13%) Physical Touch - 4
E. (10%) Receiving Gifts - 3

Quality Time is a significant 'love' language for me and that's why I attempt to seek out one-on-one conversations. If someone provides me their divided attention,... well, it feels slightly offensive.

At first I was surprised to see physical touch listed as my top love language as I am rarely a physically demonstrative person. It makes sense though, because I allow very few people to touch me, but I want to always be touching those few people. And when there is nobody like that in my life, I go for very long stretches without any kind of physical contact (I guess because I don't give it out to just anyone).

It was interesting. It would also be interesting to analyze this tests and see which types prefer which kinds of love more, I'd say.

Here are my results:

37% quality time (11)
27% words of affirmation (8)
20% acts of service (6)
13% physical touch (4)
3% receiving gifts (1)

Highest possible score for a love language is 12.

So I'm obviously a quality time gal! :D

words of affirmation should probably be a bit higher. I'm not very touchy-feely actually.

Seems about right. I always related to Words of Affirmation, Quality Time, and Physical Touch equally with what I need. To a lesser extent quality time though. While the other two just seem totally pointless (to me).

Yeah, it just seems like such a superficial way of showing your love to me. Like, anything else would be better. I would hate to know that someone expected me to waste money on them, or that they wasted money on me, to show love.

Words of affirmation should probably be a bit higher. It`s kinda weird because I`m actually not that touchy-feely. I guess with the right person I would be.

I guess it also depends on the intention giving the gift has. If it's really something from the heart and with the best intentions in mind, the person giving it has given it a serious thought and for them it represents everything the other "languages" mentioned here don't even come close to conveying, then giving occasional gifts is just a lovely way of showing love and appreciation.

But if it indeed is something insignificant, like a learned obligation because the person is incapable of expressing their feelings any other way and they're not bothering to work on it, then it is just taking the easy way out and it sort of lessens the meaning.

Most likely ENFJ. Possibly ENFP, but unlikely. I do not know for sure.

Seems interesting to notice the different types and how they respond differently to different love languages.

I agree with the comment made that gifts are a superficial way of showing love, unless of course it is spontaneous and a little something that has some kind of symbolic meaning.

Otherwise, nah.
